A lot of people in January want to start a new healthy regime and I’ve got five steps for you to use that you need to follow in order to make the right decision and the right plan for you.
Step one is check that your hormones are in balance. The reason being is if you go on some crazy fasting, juice only, weird elimination diet where you’re not eating properly you’re actually going to make your hormonal situation worse. Most people who are overweight have a hormonal imbalance. So how can you find out if you’ve got a hormonal imbalance? Take my quiz on my home page. That will tell you which of your energy centres, which of your chakra energy centers which impact on your hormones is out of balance, and which is the right healthy eating plan for you. This does change throughout your weight loss journey so if you get a healthy eating plan suggestion now it will change as time goes by.
The second step is based on choosing that right healthy eating plan – you can actually buy one from me so that you know which one is going to work for you. That will also include a 28 day program on how you can get back on track .
The third step is that as a part of your 28-day routine to getting back on track you need to do a cleanse. By that I mean you need to help your organs, mainly your liver and kidneys detoxify. The main reason people hold on to the physical weight is that they carry a lot of toxicity in the body so it’s really important to do on a regular cleanse especially when we live in such a polluted environment. So what I recommend is including the Healthy Starter Programme plan as part of your 28-day machine.
The next step is, once you’ve done your cleanse, which is a herbal cleanse you need to replenish your gut with healthy probiotics, so good bacteria that will increase the levels of acid in your gut, so that you can break down your food more easily and quickly. Your stomach is going to be a fat burning furnace! That’s the whole point behind that.
Lastly you need to finish off your 28-day programme with supplementation. This is only for people who are suffering from some malnutrition. Yes people in the west suffer from malnutrition! That’s because we’re getting lots of calories but not actually enough vitamins and minerals. We would have to eat three or four times as much (fruit and vegetables as 50 years ago to hit our daily vitamin and mineral target).
