Today I’m going to talk about how to use your menstrual and moon cycle to organise and plan your weight loss journey. So did you know that there are actually optimum times during the month where it’s the best time to:
- plan for a weight loss journey
- do vigorous exercise as opposed to a gentle exercise
- do a cleanse or start a healthy eating plan
- and when it’s time to rest and relax and review your progress
Well our menstrual cycle has all of those elements throughout it. Four unique energies or time zones. it’s really about getting to know these cycles and planning certain activities for those key moments. This is so you can get the most out of your weight loss journey now.
The moon also follows this cycle of four different energies and if you’re aware of the two (menstrual and moon) and when the two are aligned you can get some really intense results either in terms of:
- letting go of mindset issues, like self sabotaging behaviours like emotional eating
- or when is the best time to do a detox or cleanse
We already know scientifically that the moon affect the tides and since we are made of 60 to 70% water (if we’re drinking enough water!) then the moon cycle will affect us as well.After all we live on this planet as well.
